A Quebec tool for integrating physical activity into daily life

Montreal, Monday January 12, 2026 – Already recognized for its online French-language training sessions, Physical Activity (PA) AP officially launches its mobile app, designed to offer an accessible approach to exercise. At the start of the year, when people traditionally get back into shape, AP offers a platform that refocuses physical activity on well-being, balance, and enjoyment rather than performance at all costs.

The application now includes more than 700 varied sessions, accessible via both mobile and computer, an important distinction within the Quebec market.

A response to users' new habits
The app's development also reflects a significant trend: over the past year, more than half of subscribers have accessed workouts on their phones, compared to around 30% in previous years. This shift has driven the creation of a more intuitive, user-friendly interface tailored to this new way of using the app.

Available on iOS, Apple Watch et AndroidThe application offers several features designed to support consistency and facilitate session scheduling. Users can, in particular:

  • download the workouts for offline access;
  • receive targeted notifications for new releases and live sessions;
  • add personal notes to each class;
  • create their own playlists;
  • access music integration via Spotify;
  • to easily interact with the AP community and its founders;
  • plan your weekly and monthly practice using a personalized calendar.

With this new app, AP continues its mission: to help people cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies and movement, without rigidity or guilt. The company highlights four levels of intensity, from pushing your limits to active rest.
