RoleYou will play a key role within the team of consultants, working directly with the CEO and the Director of Strategy & Outreach. Your mission will be to support exceptional individuals, leaders, and talents in strengthening their public image through the agency's personal branding services, while actively contributing to large-scale projects in public relations, strategic communications, influencer marketing, and brand outreach. This position is ideal for someone curious, passionate about human dynamics, agile in their consulting approach, and with a keen instinct for crafting compelling and inspiring narratives.
- Design and implement comprehensive and integrated communication strategies: press relations, digital outreach, influence, editorial content.
- Guaranteed the comprehensive mandate management – from planning to delivery – while maintaining a high level of rigor and quality.
- Advise clients on strategic approaches suited to their objectives.
- Planning and executing strategies personal branding (strategic diagnosis, editorial support, positioning, media and digital outreach).
- Write or oversee the creation of strategic content (press releases, biographies, press kits, pitches, speeches, newsletters, LinkedIn posts).
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, media, partners, influencers and collaborators.
- Participate in ideation, logistics and on-site presence during of radiation events (launch events, panels, speeches, collaborations).
- To actively contribute to the evolution of the service offering and to the strategic growth of the agency.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in communication, public relations, event planning or branding.
- Proficiency in public relations, brand strategies and influencer marketing.
- Solid understanding of the dynamics of positioning, brand awareness and image management.
- Genuine interest in the human psychology, strategic storytelling and atypical career paths.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a well-developed instinct for giving advice.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced, stimulating and evolving environment.
- Rigour, autonomy, interpersonal skills and the ability to manage files from A to Z.
- Customer service orientation and intrapreneurial mindset.
- Excellent writing and oral skills in French (English an asset).
