The Equipment Manufacturer, a well-known Canadian retailer of workwear and footwear, will move into the 15-square-foot space next door to Marshalls. It is expected to open in fall 990. In parallel, cotard, the award-winning Quebec chocolatier, will open its first 1-square-foot store in Quebec City on the first level, near entrance 059, at the beginning of April.
