Stratège Financial Group consolidates its growth in Quebec City
Quebec, March 4, 2026 – As it approaches its 30th anniversary, Strategist Financial Group crossed a a key stage in its development. Its founding president, Gabriel Couture, is honored as part of the "Advisors in the Spotlight" competition, which highlights the work of financial services professionals with exceptional careers, this recognition is part of a broader movement: controlled growth, consolidation of the offering, and investments in leadership to support the next phase of expansion.
At the same time, the firm points out that it recently reached the rank of number 1 firm in Canada within its general agent, ranking first among 13,000 firms, a performance that reflects the strength of its model and the commitment of its teams.
Over the past year, the firm has experienced significant growth, expanding its team and developing its areas of expertise. Groupe Financier Stratège now comprises 30 professionals and aims to reach 50 within 3 to 5 years, a deliberately moderate number chosen to maintain close relationships with its teams and clients.
A new space, just steps away from the current headquarters
To support this growth, Groupe Financier Stratège has completed the acquisition of a new building located steps from its current offices. This project addresses the need for more space and the desire to create a dedicated administrative center. Administrative, marketing, and customer service functions will be consolidated there, while client meetings and representative activities will remain centralized at the current headquarters.
With a view to sustainable expansion, the firm also invests heavily in internal training, particularly in leadership and team management, in order to prepare professionals who are expected to take on more responsibilities.
A new generation taking its place
Groupe Financier Stratège also highlights the nomination of Gabriel Vézina, the firm's financial planner, as a finalist in the Young Business Personality competition of the Quebec Junior Chamber of Commerce.
