Quebec City, February 17, 2026 — Epic StoryworldsEpic Story Media's sister company, is proud to announce today its partnership with Original Content Lab to produce The globetrotting brothers, an animated adventure series filled with humor, in association with Radio-Canada, TF extension, TVOkids et Knowledge Network, and with the participation of Shaw Rocket FundAimed at children aged six to nine, this series of 20 eleven-minute episodes was co-created by Sean Connolly, CEO of Original Content Lab, and award-winning travel author Heather Greenwood Daviswhose family adventures around the world inspired the series.
The globetrotting brothers Inspired by the real travels and writings of Heather Greenwood Davis, a Canadian mother who left everything behind, along with her husband and two young sons, to travel non-stop for a full year, visiting 29 countries on 6 continents. This life-changing experience broadened her sons' horizons, brought the family closer together, and led to their appointment as Travelers of the Year by National Geographic Traveler magazine.

An adventure with the Parks brothers
The globetrotting brothers Follow the dynamic and energetic Parks family on adventures around the globe as they discover new countries and cultures. Guided by the magical Go-Go-Globe, a treasured family heirloom, brothers Miles and Kayden lead thrilling journeys filled with action, discovery, and laughter. The globetrotting brothers offers an engaging co-viewing experience for parents and children, and provides a good dose of emotion and humor for the whole family.
The series is currently in pre-production and is scheduled for release in winter 2027. Award-winning screenwriter David Dias is co-creating the series alongside Renae J. Ruddock, and will also serve as script editor. The series will be produced in Quebec by Loomi Animation, the studio behind Epic Storyworlds, and distributed worldwide by Epic Story Media.

Original Content Lab (OCL) is a content creation company launched by industry veteran Sean Connolly in May 2022. Sean Connolly is best known for his work as co-creator of the hit series Blown Away, available on Netflix. Based in Toronto and with an international vision, OCL is dedicated to developing high-profile unscripted content, as well as children's and family programming in unscripted formats and animation. Sean Connolly recently launched Limestone Animation Studio in Kingston, Ontario, with Donnie MacIntyre. Their first project is a collaboration with renowned children's author Robert Lawrence Stine.
