A $51 million real estate transaction that ensures the continuity of three living environments in the Quebec City region
Quebec, June 16, 2026 SIML, a Quebec City-based real estate company, announced today theacquisition of three seniors' residences (RPA) in the Quebec City regionformerly operated by LOGISCOTo ensure the continuity of these living environments, SIML has entrusted their operational management at Groupe Patrimoine, specializing in RPA management for 30 years and recognized for its expertise in the sector.
The three residences in question, Sekoïa Pavilion, Pavilion in the Heart of the Village and Claire's Pavilion, located respectively in Lévis and in the Charlesbourg and Vanier sectors, total 436 apartments and have 140 employees.
Following the transaction, the residences will be managed by Groupe Patrimoine. The existing teams, services offered, and residents' daily routines will remain unchanged.
A human transition, in continuity
The three organizations share a common vision for seniors' residences: living environments based on proximity, human involvement, and respect for the people who live there every day.
