Trois-Rivières, July 6, 2026 - From today, Sushi Taxi celebrates the opening of its 30th branch with a new address in Sainte-Eustache. Located at 423 Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard, this 1,500 square foot restaurant offering 31 seats marks a new milestone for franchisees Mayra Ventura and Cesar Solis, who continue to develop their family business within the network.
A second investment driven by passion
Before venturing into the restaurant business, Mayra Ventura worked for several years as an accounting technician, while simultaneously developing a business in the beauty industry. Cesar Solis, for his part, worked in the automotive sales and construction sectors, where he held the position of scrap metal foreman. Ultimately, it was their shared passion for entrepreneurship, combined with Cesar's interest in cooking, that led them to Sushi Taxi. Already owners of the Sainte-Thérèse location, they are now continuing their expansion within the network with the opening of a second restaurant, this time in Sainte-Eustache.
