Sushi designed for summer and "on the go" meals.
Designed for easy on-the-go enjoyment, Sushi Pop combines the sushi experience with a portable, decidedly "street food" format. The concept caters to a popular summer eating habit: enjoying delicious, easy-to-carry, and shareable products without ever sacrificing quality.
“We wanted to move away from more traditional formats and create something that fits well with summer. Sushi Pop is a product we really enjoyed developing because it’s different, a little unexpected, but it stays true to the Sushi Taxi spirit. It’s the kind of creation that allows us to have fun with the brand while remaining faithful to what we’ve been doing from the beginning.”explain Rosanne Giguère, president of Sushi Taxi.
A strong presence at Quebec festivals this summer
To support this launch, Sushi Taxi will be reaching out to the public throughout the summer by participating in several major summer events across the province. Innovating in a traditionally classic category
