Une troisième année d’initiatives en faveur du climat, de la biodiversité et de la mobilité durable
Québec, le 14 mai 2025 – Dans la foulée de ses actions en matière de performance énergétique, Société immobilière Bélanger confirme pour une troisième année consécutive ses partenariats avec des organismes québécois engagés dans la lutte contre les changements climatiques et la préservation de la biodiversité. Grâce à des collaborations avec Arbre-Évolution, Miel & Co, Communauto et l’ajout continuel de bornes de recharge électrique, Société immobilière Bélanger continue de poser des gestes concrets en faveur de milieux de vie plus verts et d’une transition écologique ancrée localement.
AGIR POUR LA BIODIVERSITÉ URBAINE
Pour une troisième année, Société immobilière Bélanger soutient les projets de verdissement menés par Arbre-Évolution, qui met en place des projets sociaux de reboisement. Cette collaboration a permis la plantation de 242 arbres en 2023 et 2024, la création de deux îlots de fraîcheur et la production annuelle de plus de 420 kilos de fruits comestibles.
En parallèle, le partenariat avec Miel & Co permet de parrainer des ruches, offrant un habitat sécuritaire à plus de 60 000 abeilles et contribuant à la santé des écosystèmes pollinisateurs.
FAVORISER UNE MOBILITÉ PLUS DURABLE
Dans une volonté d’offrir des solutions de mobilité partagée et durable à ses locataires, Société immobilière Bélanger renouvelle son entente avec Communauto pour 2025. Des stationnements réservés continueront d’être mis à disposition dans plusieurs immeubles, encourageant ainsi un mode de déplacement à la fois pratique, économique et à faible impact environnemental.
De plus, l’entreprise poursuit l’installation progressive de bornes de recharge électrique dans son parc immobilier. Cette initiative vise à soutenir la transition vers la mobilité électrique pour les résidents, en cohérence avec les objectifs de réduction des émissions liées au transport.

Ces initiatives s’ajoutent aux travaux de modernisation énergétique de 49 immeubles annoncés en avril dernier. Third year of action for climate, biodiversity and sustainable mobility
Quebec City, May 14, 2025 – In line with its recent energy efficiency initiatives, Société immobilière Bélanger is renewing its environmental partnerships for a third consecutive year with Quebec-based organizations committed to climate action and biodiversity. Through ongoing collaborations with Arbre-Évolution, Miel & Co, Communauto, and the continued expansion of its EV charging network, the company reaffirms its commitment to greener living environments and locally driven ecological transition.
SUPPORTING URBAN BIODIVERSITY
Over the past three years, Société immobilière Bélanger has partnered with Arbre-Évolution to help reforest and green strategic urban spaces. This collaboration has led to the planting of 242 trees, the creation of two urban cooling zones, and the annual production of over 420 kilograms of edible fruits.
At the same time, its partnership with Miel & Co supports beekeeping through the sponsorship of hives, providing a safe and healthy habitat for more than 60,000 bees and helping protect vital pollinator ecosystems.
ADVANCING SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY
Société immobilière Bélanger is also renewing its agreement with Communauto for 2025, maintaining dedicated parking spaces at select buildings to encourage shared, low-emission transportation.
In addition, the company is expanding the installation of electric vehicle charging stations across its real estate portfolio as part of a broader effort to facilitate electric mobility among residents and reduce transportation-related emissions.
